Cancellation Policy - 1. Cancellation within 24 hours: If a client cancels an appointment less than 24 hours in advance but more than 6 hours before the scheduled time, the next appointment can only be confirmed with full prepayment. 2. Cancellation less than 6 hours/No Show: If a client cancels an appointment less than 6 hours in advance or does not show, the full payment for the missed session and the prepayment for the next appointment must be paid in advance to confirm the next appointment. 3.
